Cupcakes

Oatmeal Raisin Cupcakes

1 stick sweet butter,rm. temp
1/2 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. firm pack brown sugar
1 c. milk
1-1/2 c.sifted flour
1 c. quick -cooking oatmeal
1 teas. baking soda
1/2 teas.cinnamon
1/4 teas. cloves
1/4 teas allspice
2 large eggs- room temp.
2/3 c, raisins

Pre-heat oven-350 degrees. insert liners into medium cupcake pan.  In large bowl cream together the butter, sugars, & 3/4 c. of milk- on med. speed.  In separate, combine flour,oatmeal, baking soda & spices.  Add dry ingredients to creamed mix.  beat-low speed-30 sec &high-2mins.  Add 1/4 c. milk & eggs beat-2mins  Fold in raisins.  Fill liners 3/4 full.  Bake 20/25 mins. till test done.   Cool in pan.

I used a pre pack oatmeal /raisin/spice mix, then measured in plain oatmeal to make 1 c.  I frosted them with vanilla frosting.
